Euphoria Music Festival

In just a few weeks, Euphoria Music & Camping Festival, a highly anticipated electronic dance music festival is set to return to Austin for the third time. The festival will be set just fifteen minutes from downtown Austin at Carson Creek Ranch, one of the oldest existing ranches in Texas. Boasting 20 acres of pastures nestled on the banks of the Colorado River, the setting makes a compelling reason to relax in the great outdoors and enjoy some awesome music. Euphoria was even voted one of Vibe’s Top 8 EDM Festivals of Spring 2014.

The festival will feature a silent disco, art installations, yoga and meditation, vendors, workshops, private restrooms and showers and a campground lounge with late night music.

The lineup is stacked with nationally and internationally known acts such as: The Crystal Method, Zed’s Dead, Gareth Emery, Beats Antique, Bonobo (DJ set) and Lotus.

There will also be plenty of Austin talent represented, including: The Floozies, A Live One, Andrew Parsons, Blunt Force, Cactus Bath, Chad Koss, Crias, Dimitri’s Ascent and DJ Manny. Beats Antique, a self described livetronica performance art band, mixes Tribal Fusion belly dancing, stage theatrics and mix samples for a one-of-a-kind musical and artistic performance. These are elements they’ll surely bring to Euphoria this year.

The eccentric musical performances will likely only be matched by the interactive art installations. Expect psychedelic projections and sculptures, such as the “Cathedral of Celestial Mathgic,” along with multimedia art curated by the Alloveus Art Gallery – who will display the work of 20 artists from across the country in an expansive geodesic dome.

The festival is expected to draw over 12,000 people in the celebration of music and art. The full lineup can be seen here.
