Live Fire features the best in sizzling proteins and cooking craftsmanship alongside impressive wines, craft beers and premium spirits tastings.
Austin culinary firebrands featured at Live Fire! include Brandon Fuller of Café Josie; Monica Glenn of Qui; Kristine Kittrell of Weather Up; Reese Lagunas of Whole Foods Market; Rick Lopez of La Condesa; Jeff Martinez of El Chile Café y Cantina; Kendall Melton of Contigo; Rene Ortiz of Angry Bear; Scott Roberts of Salt Lick BBQ; Ben Runkle, Bryan Butler and Josh Jones of Salt & Time Butcher Shop; Callie Speer of Swift’s Attic; and Josh Watkins of The Carillon.
Live Fire! is a fundraising benefit for the Austin Food & Wine Alliance (AFWA), the culinary non-profit dedicated to fostering awareness and innovation in the Central Texas food and beverage community. Proceeds from the event will help the AFWA give back to the local culinary community through a vibrant grant program for chefs, farmers, artisan producers and nonprofits by funding projects focused on culinary innovation.
