Péché Bar School – A Citygram Experience

Citygram believes in connecting its readers to the best of local Austin, and this past week we went beyond the editorial to enroll a few lucky readers in Péché’s Bar School. In Bar School, the experienced bartenders at Péché give students a history lesson on a particular spirit, let them explore the different notes of the spirit through various cocktails, and then give individuals a chance to go behind the bar and mix up their own pre-Prohibition era cocktails. The Storify below gives you a chance to follow along to our first Citygram Experience, where you can learn some great recipes and tips from the Péché staff.
