Raw Superfood Granita

(makes 2)

Ingredients:


• 1.5 cups crushed ice
• 1 cup almond milk
• 2 T raw cacao
• 1 t maca
• pinch of sea salt
• coconut sugar to taste
 

Directions:


Simply add all ingredients to blender, then blend up and enjoy!

Raw Cacao:
Full of flavonoids – containing twice the antioxidant value of red wine. Rich in magnesium, iron, and sulfur. Good source of fiber.
 
Maca:
Natural energy booster. Increases libido and stamina. Full of antioxidants, fatty acids, amino acids, and plant sterols.
 
Coconut Sugar:
Low glycemic index. High in potassium, iron, magnesium, sulfur, zinc, boron, and copper.
