The Austin360 Amphitheater will host country favorites, Rascal Flatts, Sheryl Crow and Gloriana on their “Rewind Tour 2014” this Friday at the Circuit of the Americas. Buy your tickets ahead of time here.
Wind down your weekend with a free symphony concert at Hartman Concert Park at the Long Center this Sunday. This weekly summer concert series features music that includes jazz, light classical, pops and film scores. This Sunday, a brass ensemble of the Austin Symphony Orchestra will perform, beginning at 7:30 pm. Patrons are encouraged to bring a picnic dinner and a blanket or chairs for the lawn. Grab free parking at One Texas Center located on Barton Springs Rd. at S. 1st St.
Houston’s Fluff Bake Bar comes to Foreign&Domestic this Sunday for a pastry pop-up. To celebrate Bastille Day (a day early), come in and try chef Rebecca Mason’s french pastries with coffee from Casa Brasil. Get your treats from 9am-3pm, or until the goodies run out!
Austin Restaurant week finished a while ago, but Tribeza is celebrating its success with a wrap-up party. The event includes a pig roast, sides from Hardie’s, cocktails by Deep Eddy vodka and live music, as well as appearances by Austin Restaurant Week chefs. Meals on Wheels and More will host the party at 3227 E. Fifth St. from 6-8:30 pm. Get your tickets here.
Join Houndstooth Coffe and Argus Cidery for a special tasting event this Tuesday. Wes Mickel, owner and winemaker at Argus Cidery, will discuss his newest releases, while Daniel Read, head coffee coach Houndstooth will talk about the day’s iced coffee pairings. Tickets are available online here.
