It is no secret that Austin is filled with an innumerable amount of talented individuals – whose creative enthusiasm make the city an addition to “Top Ten” lists across the nation (such as Forbes’ Best Cities for Young Adults and Kiplinger’s 10 Best Cities for the Next Decade).
With the restaurant scene having such a big influence on Austin’s recent attraction, Zagat appropriately hosted its first annual Austin 30 under 30 event this past Monday. Held at Qui (just recently named The Best Restaurant in America by GQ), the event celebrated the up-and-coming individuals playing an integral role in the culinary community.
A city on the rise, the list of honorees include hosts, bartenders, and line cooks – as well as the chefs and owners that will lead the city’s food movement for years to come.
